FAQ

Originals and Prints Orders

How are orders packaged? Is there a chance they might get damaged?

Art Prints: Art prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap. Depending on the size, they are shipped either flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope or rolled in a durable mailing tube.

Original Artworks: Original artworks are carefully packaged by myself. They are shipped flat, using a sturdy box or rigid cardboard envelope depending on their size. Each piece is first wrapped in tissue paper and secured between two layers of foam board or cardboard to prevent bending. The package is then sealed with bubble wrap to protect against water damage.

To date, all orders have arrived in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of damage, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information on exchanges and returns.

What service is used to ship, and how long does it take?

Art Prints: Prints are shipped by The Print Space, a printing service based in the UK and Germany. For UK and EU orders, prints are shipped via Royal Mail. International orders (outside the UK and EU) are sent using DHL. In all cases, tracking information is provided. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Original Artworks: Original artworks are shipped using Bring, Norway’s national postal service for businesses. While Bring’s service is slower than private couriers, it is highly reliable, with most packages arriving within 10 business days unless exceptional circumstances arise. If you need expedited delivery, please contact me to arrange shipping via a private courier. Please note that courier prices are significantly higher than the rates listed on my website for regular Bring shipping.

Will I need to pay import duties on my order?

Art Prints: Taxes are prepaid for certain regions, including the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Norway. For other destinations, additional fees may apply upon delivery.

Original Artworks: Many countries impose reduced import taxes on original artworks. To learn more about the specific rules in your country, contact your local post office and provide them with the tariff code for original artworks: 97.01.1000. Unfortunately, as these rules vary by country, I am unable to provide detailed guidance on import costs.

Can you recommend a tattoo artist in my city?

Unfortunately, I don’t provide recommendations for tattoo artists in specific cities.

Can you personalize a drawing or create a new one for me?

I do not accept private commissions for tattoos nor do I alter my existing designs. However, you are welcome to customize your chosen artwork with the help of your tattoo artist or another professional.

Projects and Commissions

Do you accept private commissions (e.g., wedding invitations, portraits, personalized artworks)?

I do not take on private commissions as I focus on personal projects and collaborations with brands. However, you might be interested in licensing my existing work for your private use or event. Please feel free to contact me with details about your project, and I will send you a catalog of available artworks.

What are your prices for commissions?

Pricing depends on the complexity of the illustrations and the type of license. To receive a personalized quote, contact me with details about the illustration you need and its intended use.

Can I use your illustrations for my website or social media?

Please contact me to discuss licensing options for using my work on your website or social media.
